With no time to do anything but celebrate, that’s what marks our days since March 2019. But today I’m remembering a time, last November when we had the opposite problem. However, even then we had time to appreciate what was…

Getting out my grandmother “Maw Maw’s” china, making Chicken Normandy and gathering the family was my way of picking up the pieces from many things.

Memories, the tablescape and being together is what I was/am thankful for.

And these two, Mom and her brother…quiet a different story this year however, I am still learning and still picking up the pieces and remembering how to pull it together…and hand washing Maw Maw’s china!

Uncle, recovering from a stroke, no easy task, has been the work of the day this month, even today…

But I hope to always remember the good times and the challenging, learning opportunities and be forever grateful.
