Paris, Ville-franche-sur-Mer & Bordeaux

September 16, 2016

Our nights in the 6th arrondissement, at the Saint Sulpice metro stop were restful and the perfect way to reset after the flight over. This is "one" of my favorite hotel courtyards.

Capturing our Summer 2016 vacation highlights reminds me how it nourishes the soul…This was the first time the Mister & I traveled abroad just the two of us.

I never tire of Eiffel, especially this time during the Euro Soccer matches, hence the suspended soccer bowl on Eiffel. Cold bottle of champagne sold there on a summer night are perfect. I always talk them down...to a very low price.

From there we took the Euro Rail to Villefranche-sur-Mer...in the south of France.

On the train that lines the coast here you can travel to Cannes, Nice (my favorite stop there Nice-Riguier), Monaco, Menton...On the stop in-between you can access Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and other stop to approach hikes to Eze, & Saint Jean Cap-Ferrat.

This wine was lovely but the point is to show the type of peebled sand on top of my foot.
